Capital Trade Links Limited has acquired a 16.36% equity stake in Rhythms Industries Private Limited, representing 1,49,999 shares, for Rs 27,372,445, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition, completed on September 7, 2026, is intended to facilitate a strategic investment and explore business growth opportunities within Rhythms Industries, which operates in the fast-moving consumer goods sector with a focus on food products and distribution, and also holds a 51% stake in Rainlink Agro Private Limited, a flour mill with a 300 M T/day capacity.
