Goyal Aluminiums approved annual reports, divestment, and related party transactions up to Rs 100 crores

Goyal Aluminiums Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its board approved the company’s Director’s Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended 2025-2026, convened the 10th Annual General Meeting to be held through Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual means, appointed Mr. Nitin Bhardwaj of Nitin Bhardwaj & Associates as Scrutinizer, approved divestment of investment in Wroley E India Private Limited, set an aggregate limit of material related party transactions up-to Rs 100 crores, and ratified the remuneration of the Cost Auditor.
