United Cotfab Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the annual report for the financial year 2025-26 and scheduled the 3rd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company also appointed Paliwal & Co., Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for five years, effective from the conclusion of the 3rd AGM until the conclusion of the 8th AGM, and M.I. Prajapati & Associates as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
