Unimech Aerospace increases stake in Dheya Engineering for Rs 29.99 million via secondary purchase

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited acquired 850 equity shares of Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 2,99,82,364.50 through a secondary purchase, increasing its total shareholding to 35.07%, according to a regulatory filing on September 7, 2026. Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited, which has a turnover of Rs 206.03 lakhs, is developing gas turbine engines for defense and energy applications and is considered a “Related Party” of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited, although the investment does not constitute a related party transaction.
