Rachit Prints Limited re-appointed Lal Ghai & Associates for a five-year audit term

RACHIT PRINTS LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 consecutive financial years, from 2026-2027 to 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval. The company also fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
