Ujjivan Small Finance Bank approves equity share allotment under its Employee Stock Option Plan

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 25,15,773 equity shares under the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up capital from Rs 19,48,54,05,690 to Rs 19,51,05,63,420.
