Swaraj Suiting appoints Amreen Sheikh and Manoj Mansinghka as independent directors

Swaraj Suiting Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board approved the appointment of Mrs. Amreen Sheikh for a second five-year term as Non-Executive Independent Director, commencing October 5, 2026, and ending October 4, 2031, and appointed Mr. Manoj Mansinghka as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective October 1, 2026, both appointments subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 23rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
