Bombay Potteries & Tiles Limited announced that its Ninety-Second Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio visual means, and appointed M/s. JPKD & CO LLP as its Statutory Auditor for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
