Gujjubhai Industries appoints Shaili Patel as director for five years, pending shareholder approval

Gujjubhai Industries Limited, formerly known as Sumuka Agro Industries Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Shaili Vijaybhai Patel as an Additional Whole-time Director, effective September 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting, for a term of five years until September 5, 2031.
