NMS Global Limited announced that its board approved the termination of Mr. Subham Choudhary as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 5, 2026, citing his unavailability to fulfill his duties since April 16, 2026. Simultaneously, the board appointed Mr. Anindya Singh as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 5, 2026, and also scheduled the 40th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
