Asston Pharmaceuticals allocates shares to investors including Vijay Rathee, increasing capital

Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 24,10,431 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, issued at Rs 115 per share, including a premium of Rs 105. The company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 10,92,27,910, comprising 1,09,22,791 equity shares. The allotment was made to 15 investors, including Vijay Rathee, Vijaylaxmi Infra Projects Private Limited, and Swapneel Pradeep Rane, with Vijay Rathee receiving 13,17,391 shares.
