Shree Salasar Investments appoints Mishra, re-appoints auditors, schedules annual meeting

Shree Salasar Investments Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the convening of the 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The board accepted the resignation of Nitin Jain as an Independent Director, effective September 4, 2026, and appointed Saumesh Ashok Mishra as an Additional Director and Independent Director until the next annual general meeting. Additionally, the company appointed M/s B. L. Dasharda & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term, replacing M/s Satya Prakash Natani & Co.
