Gautam Gems Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27 up to FY 2030-31, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
