Shree Salasar Investments schedules annual meeting, appoints Mishra, and selects new auditor

Shree Salasar Investments Limited announced that its board approved the convening of the 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company also accepted the resignation of Nitin Jain as an Independent Director, effective September 4, 2026, and appointed Saumesh Ashok Mishra as an Additional Director and Independent Director until the next annual general meeting. Additionally, the board appointed M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates as the statutory auditor for a five-year term, replacing M/s Satya Prakash Natani & Co.
