Gautam Gems Limited appointed Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Gautam Gems Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 and ending with fiscal year 2030–31, and Mr. Dishant Daxeshbhai Jagad as Internal Auditor for two financial years, starting from fiscal year 2026–27. The board also approved the convening of the company’s 13th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and approved the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
