Tanvi Foods (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and fixed September 30, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. (IST) as the date, time, and venue for its 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held at 7-2-4/D, Old Canteen Building, Sanath Nagar Industrial Estate, Hyderabad.
