Asian Petroproducts to seek shareholder approval for equity share issuance following loan conversion

Asian Petroproducts and Exports Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider and approve the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis to both promoter and non-promoter public category shareholders, following the conversion of unsecured loans, and to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for the aforementioned actions; the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from September 5, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting’s conclusion.
