E-voting is available prior to the meeting, with shareholders required to safeguard their passwords and ensure contact details are updated with their depository participant to receive One-Time Passwords. During the virtual meeting, shareholders can register to speak by emailing the company, utilize a chat board for questions, and vote if they haven't already e-voted, requiring authentication via Demat Account Number/Folio Number and OTP.
