Kernex Microsystems appoints Renuka Rani, Rao, and Rao as Independent Directors

Kernex Microsystems (India) Ltd. announced the appointment of Mrs. C Renuka Rani as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director for a period from September 6, 2026, to September 30, 2028, and Mr. A Seshagiri Rao and Mr. P Dinakara Rao as Independent Directors for five-year terms, both subject to shareholder approval, while Mr. A V Sarma has ceased to be an Independent Director and member of various committees upon completion of his two-year term on September 5, 2026.
