ARKA DEFENCE & LOCOMOTIVES LIMITED, formerly Source Industries (India) Limited, announced that its board of directors has appointed M/s Suresh Surana & Associates LLP as the company's statutory auditors, replacing M/s P R S V & Co. LLP, whose resignation was due to increased professional preoccupation and manpower constraints. The appointment, effective September 4, 2026, is for a term of five years, subject to member approval at the company's 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
