ARKA Defence appoints Suresh Surana & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for five years

ARKA DEFENCE & LOCOMOTIVES LIMITED, formerly Source Industries (India) Limited, announced that its board of directors appointed M/s Suresh Surana & Associates LLP as the company’s statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s P R S V & Co. LLP, effective September 4, 2026, for a term of five years.
