Mohite Industries Limited will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 30th September 2026, at its registered office in Vadgaon, Kolhapur, and has declared a book closure from Thursday, 24th September 2026, to Wednesday, 30th September 2026, for the purpose of the meeting, with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) providing remote e-voting facility for eligible shareholders as on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026.
