Solarium Green Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26 and scheduled the 4th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, further approving the appointment of National Securities Depository Limited as the Remote E-Voting Agency and M/s. SCS & Co. LLP as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
