Ikoma Technologies closes share transfer books September 24-30 for its AGM

Ikoma Technologies Limited, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Shareholders will be able to participate in remote e-voting from September 27, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to September 29, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, to determine voting eligibility.
