Jindal Poly Films Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the convening of the company’s 52nd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) at M Garden Hotel, Near Baral Police Chowki, Gulaothi, Distt. Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, and fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining eligible members. The company also appointed Mr. Deepak Kukreja and Mrs. Monika Kohli of DMK Associates, Company Secretaries, New Delhi, as scrutinizers for the AGM voting process.
