Sampark India Logistics reshuffles leadership, reappointing Rathi and appointing Mittal

Sampark India Logistics Limited announced several changes to its leadership and board following a meeting on September 5, 2026. The company re-designated Renu Rathi from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, reappointed Sanjay Kumar Rathi as Managing Director for five years, and appointed Anil Periwal as Chief Financial Officer and Rahul Mittal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Additionally, Sampark India Logistics appointed M/s Kavita Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s A.O. Mittal & Associates LLP as internal auditors, while Ms. Ritika Bachhawat resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
