Indian Infotech appoints auditors and authorizes borrowing power limit of Rs 500 crore

Indian Infotech and Software Limited approved the appointment of Heneel Shah & Associates as internal auditor for the financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29, and appointed M/s. SSRV and Associates as statutory auditor for a five-year term starting October 1, 2026, replacing retiring auditors M/s ADV & Associates. The company also approved the reappointment of Ms. Shilpi Chourasiya as director, appointed Mr. Yatin Vilas Chaphekar as an independent director effective October 1, 2026, and authorized a proposal to increase the borrowing power limit up to Rs 500 crore, subject to shareholder approval.
