Prismx Global Ventures Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Ms. Ankita Hasmukhdas Sethi and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sahu as independent directors for a second term, and the re-appointment of Ms. Priyanka Ramesh Shetye as director retiring by rotation, at a meeting held on September 5, 2026. The board also appointed Mr. Ravindra Bhaskar Deshmukh as an Executive Director and approved the appointment of M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years, commencing at the conclusion of the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Prismx Global Ventures Limited approved changes to Clause III A of its Memorandum of Association, related to the company’s business activities, and approved Related Party Transactions.
