Kaka Industries schedules annual meeting for September 30, 2026, via video conference

Kaka Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the schedule for the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and fixed August 28, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine eligible members for the meeting, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company also appointed M/s. Murtuza Mandorwala & Associates as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process, with remote e-voting commencing on September 27, 2026, and a record date of September 23, 2026, for determining voting eligibility.
