Company appoints Harnarinder Deep Kaur and Balwinder Khurana as Independent Directors

The Board of Directors of an unnamed company announced on September 5, 2026, that Rajinder Kumar Bhatia ceased to be a Director following the completion of his five-year term on August 26, 2026, and Ajay Kumar Sharma resigned from his post as Independent Director, effective September 5, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mrs. Harnarinder Deep Kaur and Mr. Balwinder Khurana as Additional Independent Directors (Non-Executive), effective September 5, 2026, until the next Annual General Meeting.
