Ltd., has submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange confirming the dematerialization of share certificates for the period ended August 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
