ECS Biztech Ltd. appoints Vijay Mandora as Managing Director for one year

ECS Biztech Ltd. announced that its board of directors appointed Mr. Vijay Mansinhbhai Mandora as Managing Director for a period of 1 year, effective September 05, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration committee and Mr. Mandora, who is a promoter of the company, has over 35 years of experience in the field. The company will convene its 16th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
