Alka Securities Limited seeks to rebrand as Anova International, pending approvals

Alka Securities Limited informed the BSE that its board approved a proposal to change the company's name to Anova International Limited, subject to shareholder and central government approval. The board also approved alterations to Clause III-A of the Memorandum of Association, deleting sub-clauses 1 and 2 and retaining sub-clauses 3 to 6 as the company’s main objects, and appointed Mayuri Sinha & Co. as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
