IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust to acquire Shongtong Power Transmission for up to Rs 53,158 million

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has executed Securities Purchase Agreements dated September 4, 2026, to acquire Shongtong Power Transmission Limited from Enerica ReGrid Infra Private Limited for an enterprise value not exceeding Rs 53,158 million, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition, which is a related-party transaction due to a common director with Enerica ReGrid Infra Private Limited, will be completed in one or more tranches post becoming completed and revenue generating project and is subject to unitholder approval. Shongtong Power Transmission Limited was incorporated on June 14, 2023, and is developing a transmission system in Himachal Pradesh with an expected commercial operation date in Q4 of fiscal year 2029.
