Transworld Shipping Lines acquires the Valsamitis vessel from Greenland Marine for $11.75 million

Transworld Shipping Lines Limited, formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Greenland Marine Ltd. of Monrovia, Liberia, to purchase the vessel Valsamitis for a consideration of US$11,750,000.
