Bodhi Tree Multimedia seeks shareholder approval to increase borrowing powers to Rs 200 Crores

Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the date, time, and mode of the 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, through video conferencing or other audio visual means, and approved the director’s report, calendar of events, and annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also decided to close the register of members and share transfer books from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, and approved a proposal to enhance the company’s borrowing powers to an amount not exceeding Rs 200 Crores, subject to shareholder approval.
