Goodluck Worldwide Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the alteration of the Main Objects Clause of the company's Memorandum of Association to include providing consultancy, advisory, operational, and technical services across various sectors, subject to member and regulatory approvals. The company also appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Vashisht as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective September 5, 2026.
