Mahan Industries’ board approves annual report, meeting, and director regularization

Mahan Industries Limited informed the BSE on September 5, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the draft Director’s Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting, and fixed the date for the Annual General Meeting, book closure, and appointed M/s. G R Shah & Associates as Scrutinizer for the meeting. The board also regularized Riddhi Hardishkumar Shah (DIN: 11904921) as a Non-Executive Independent Director and approved limits under Sections 180(1)(c) and 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
