Advent Hotels International Limited, formerly Shiva Realtors Suburban Private Limited, announced that Rahul Pandit has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026. The company also appointed Himmat Singh Sandhu as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, also effective November 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board authorized an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 75.20 crore divided into 6,52,00,000 equity shares and 1,00,00,000 redeemable preference shares to Rs 160 crore divided into 15,00,00,000 equity shares and 1,00,00,000 redeemable preference shares, also pending shareholder approval. The company will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing.
