Pyxis Finvest Limited’s board approved reports and set a record date for its AGM

Pyxis Finvest Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the Directors’ Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and set Friday, September 25, 2026, as the record date for its 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also appointed M/s. MAKK & Co. (formerly known as M/s. R Jaitlia & Co.) as Internal Auditor and M/s. Kothari H. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, both for the financial year 2026-27.
