Creative Eye Limited appoints auditors and scrutinizer for a five-year term

Creative Eye Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Kirty Vaidya of M/s. Kirty Vaidya & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing from the financial year 2026-2027, and M/s. STDJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for the same period. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026. Additionally, Mrs. Vaidya was also appointed as the scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.
