PG Electroplast appoints B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditor for five years

PG Electroplast Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as the statutory auditors for both PG Electroplast Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, PG Technoplast Private Limited, for terms of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meetings. The 24th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2026, and the "Record Date" for dividend eligibility and voting will be September 18, 2026.
