Mitshi India Limited, formerly known as Dera Paints & Chemical Limited, announced the appointment of M/s. Vishakha Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the company at a board meeting held on September 4, 2026, for a period of five consecutive years from fiscal year 2025-26 to fiscal year 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.
