Veerkrupa Jewellers Limited announced the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
