Swan Corp Limited, formerly known as Swan Energy Limited, announced that shareholders at its 118th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sugavanam Padmanabhan (DIN: 03229120) as Whole-Time Director for a further term of three years, commencing from September 24, 2026.
