Advent Hotels International Limited, formerly Shiva Realtors Suburban Private Limited, announced that Rahul Pandit has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026. The company appointed Himmat Singh Sandhu as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, also effective November 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board authorized an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 75.20 crore to Rs 160 crore, and scheduled an annual general meeting for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing.
