Neelam Somani & Associates, Company Secretaries, resigned as the Secretarial Auditor of the company, effective September 4, 2026, due to personal reasons. The resignation was tendered via a letter dated September 4, 2026, and the company’s board of directors will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor in due course.
