KOIYA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, formerly known as Popees Cares Limited, announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled from September 28, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (IST) via video conference or other audio-visual means, with associated revisions to the cut-off date, remote e-voting period, and register of members closure, while Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) was appointed to provide remote e-voting and e-voting facility and Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited to facilitate the Video Conferencing (VC) facility.
