Sera Investments board to consider a 5% dividend for the financial year 2025–2026

Sera Investments & Finance India Limited will hold a board meeting on September 8, 2026, to consider and approve a final dividend of 5%, equivalent to Rs 0.10 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each, for the financial year 2025–2026, as well as to approve the draft Notice of Annual General Meeting and fix the date, time, and venue.
