Niks Technology Limited, formerly Niks Technology Private Limited, announced that the meeting of its Board of Directors, previously scheduled for September 1, 2026, has been adjourned and rescheduled to Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to consider and evaluate a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of one or more instruments, including equity shares, warrants convertible into equity shares, or other securities, by way of preferential issue, private placement or any other permissible mode(s).
